Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of the order date.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from the estimated transit time provided at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and items in the order.

Customers select their preferred shipping method before completing their purchase. Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once an order ships, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This email will include a tracking number and a link to track the shipment.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed unless the selected shipping service explicitly includes a delivery guarantee.

Unknown Runner is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, service disruptions, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

To request an address change, contact support@unknownrunner.run as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed, and an address cannot be changed once the order has shipped.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If tracking shows that a package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.

If a package appears to be lost, is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, contact support@unknownrunner.run with your order number and relevant details. We will review the shipment and help determine the appropriate next steps.

Please report damaged shipments promptly and retain the packaging and damaged items while the issue is being reviewed.

International Shipping

When international shipping is available, shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing may delay delivery beyond the estimate shown at checkout.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, an order may be delivered in more than one shipment. If an order is split, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.
