Refund policy

We stand behind everything we make. Our priority is to ensure that you’re satisfied with your product and ready to run. If for whatever reason the product you purchased or the experience you had with Unknown Runner wasn’t what you expected, reach out to us and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Returns and Exchange Policy

• We accept returns within 30 days of your order delivery.
• All returns must be in new, unworn condition.
• Returns are charged an $8 restocking fee.
• Restocking fees are waived on exchanges. Email support@unknownrunner.run to initiate an exchange.
• International orders are final unless the product is defective or damaged when delivered.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returns are received at our warehouse and inspected.
